If an order placed through StayAroundTheFire.com is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order so we can review the issue and make it right.

Orders placed through Amazon or any other third-party retailer are subject to that retailer’s refund, cancellation, and return policies. Please contact the retailer directly for support with those orders.
